Jim Delegat, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jim is the Managing Director of Delegat's Group Limited, one of only a handful of second-generation family wine producers in New Zealand. He has been involved in the New Zealand wine industry for over 40 years, the majority of which have been with the family company. For 12 years, until 1996, he served on the Board of the Wine Institute of New Zealand and is currently an Alternate Director of the Wine Institute of New Zealand and New Zealand Wine Growers. Jim has committed the Group to advanced viticulture, leading winemaking technology and modern brand marketing. Jim is also a current member of the Institute of Directors.
Rosemari Delegat, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Rosemari is an Executive Director of Delegat's Group Limited. Following a successful career in the Human Resources field, Rose became a significant contributor to the Group drive into export markets in the 1980's and continues to play a role in export marketing. She has represented the Group at international wine trade exhibitions. From 1987-1990, Rose was the inaugural Chairperson of a special United Kingdom exporting group, part of the Wine Institute of New Zealand. Rose is also a member of the Institute of Directors.
Robert Lawrence Wilton, CHAIRMAN, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Bob is the non-executive Chairman of Delegat's Group with specific responsibilities for the financial management of the Group. He is a senior lecturer and past Head of Department, Department of Accounting and Finance within the University of Auckland Business School, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand and the Institute of Directors. Bob brings to the Board considerable experience in business, particularly through Merchant and Investment Banking, and is a past Chairman of the New Zealand Venture Capital Association.
Dr. Alan Jackson, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Alan was until 2009 Chairman Australasia, senior vice president and director of The Boston Consulting Group. He has been an international management consultant since 1987 with The Boston Consulting Group and has proven experience at the most senior levels of international and government business.
Alan has worked across a range of industries internationally including consumer goods companies, supermarkets and retailers in addition to industrial and resource companies. He headed Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer Goods and Retail practice in Australasia and Asia Pacific.
Alan is a Fellow of the Institution of Professional Engineers and a member of the Australian Institute of Directors. He is chairman of Housing New Zealand Limited and The New Zealand Racing Board, a director of Fletcher Building Limited and Aurora Vineyard Limited and a trustee of The Icehouse, Auckland.
Jane Freeman, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Jane is prominent in the field of customer-driven technology. She has held senior marketing and management positions at Telecom, BankDirect, Clear Communications Limited and ASB Bank Limited.
Jane is currently a director of Air New Zealand Limited, Pumpkin Patch Limited and St George Bank New Zealand Limited.
